Windmill is a boutique digital product delivery company that designs and develops impactful digital
products in complex industries like banking & finance, healthcare, and compliance. We are seeking
a Middle Project Manager (PM) to support our Operations Team and contribute to the success of
WM Ventures initiatives.
As a Middle Project Manager, you will oversee operational projects, manage cross-functional
tasks, and drive process improvements across the Operations Team and WM Ventures. You will
work closely with leadership, department heads, and project teams to ensure efficient execution of
initiatives, timely delivery, and alignment with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Management
• Manage multiple operational and venture-related projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project scopes, objectives, timelines, and resource needs.
• Create detailed project plans and track progress.
• Ensure timely and quality delivery of tasks and milestones.
2. Operational Support
• Support the Operations Team with key initiatives, including process optimization and
internal projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts between departments such as HR, Finance, and
Business Development.
• Assist with administrative and reporting tasks as needed.
3. Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
• Facilitate project updates and maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders.
• Prepare regular status reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Lead project meetings, document action points, and ensure accountability.
4. Process Improvement & Problem-Solving• Identify operational gaps and propose improvements.
• Develop and implement best practices, processes, and tools.
5. WM Ventures Operations
• Assist with WM Ventures portfolio management and startup collaboration initiatives.
• Support venture-related projects, including new business development and investment
tracking.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
• 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in IT, consulting, or operations.
Technical & Project Management Skills
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills (dashboards, data analysis).
Soft Skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Bonus Qualifications
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification (preferred).
• Experience with venture management or startup environments.
