Our team analyzed the business processes inside the application and connections with other applications within the WorkFusion set of products.

On the technology front, we used the latest version of Angular for the backend and developed a custom OCR module. The front-end files were fully re-developed to optimize the code as per the business goals and modern techniques. The front-end and back-end teams worked in close co-operation to ensure continued accuracy and high performance.

We designed a simplified, intuitive, user-centric flow for customers to effortlessly discover the best-matching bot for their use case and objectives or create their own. The solution empowers them to validate the bot on their data, assess potential impact, and train the bot for enhanced accuracy.

Impact

An intuitive human-in-the-loop interface empowers users to build or configure AI bots for document processing automation without needing data scientists or engineers. Intelligent automation increases accuracy, reduces manual effort and operational costs, boosts productivity, never tires, and can be scaled to handle the workload of tens or hundreds of employees—freeing up their time for more meaningful projects.
