Solution Background

Our client manages the most robust thought-leadership & knowledge content platform serving the media, advertising, marketing and entertainment communities

They distribute thought-leadership commentaries for more than 60 companies and industry experts in a journalistic environment uncluttered by advertising, self-promotion, or bias.

As we worked with the product team, we focused on:

Rapid prototyping

Based on the initial research and interviews, we rapidly created prototypes to validate our design directions with stakeholders, highlighting both the latest content as well as some editor selected channels and contributors.

A streamlined experience was designed, giving individual users a single place to read the latest, most popular, and featured content sets.

img Featuring brands

Each channel and contributor is unique in the ecosystem.

Impact

The product team was able to select a modern, user-focused design direction as the basis for updating their web platform.

From evidence to operation

The Sprint proves the decision. Build ships the system. The operating subscription keeps it governed and useful.

Our delivery model begins with a four-week Sprint on sanitised data, followed by a production Build and an operating subscription where the work calls for it. The case study above states the role we actually played on this project.
