Private fund materials (PPMs, fact sheets, decks) are dense, complex, and vary across managers. Investors often struggle to find clear, specific answers to questions about strategy, fees, or track record — creating friction in the subscription process and dependency on advisors for every inquiry.

We set out to simplify how investors engage with private fund materials by creating a document-grounded AI experience. Instead of navigating dense PDFs, users can ask questions in plain language and get clear, accurate answers — all sourced directly from official fund documents. The goal: less friction, better understanding.
